Regionals unite riders from across our 33 leagues for a weekend of high school racing, riding, GRiT, Teen Trail Corps, Adventure, clinics, hangouts with pros, expo, and fun. It’s the ultimate NICA weekend! 🔥

What are NICA Regional Events? 

NICA regional events feature world class racing for high school aged riders from participating leagues. But, like all NICA events, Regionals is both a race weekend and a party, and includes GRiT, Teen Trail Corps, and Adventure activities. These activities are open to athletes and their families. On top of shredding the trails, participants can attend clinics, ride with the pros, and check out the one-of-a-kind event expo featuring both local and national vendors and partners.

Who can participate?

NICA’s 2026 Regional events welcome registered NICA student-athletes who are in grades 6-12 in the 2026-2027 academic year. Racing is open to high school student-athletes. Adventure, GRiT, the event expo, and skills areas are open to all 6th-12th grade athletes. 

When will registration open?

Registration will open September 1. Race registration will be available on a first-come, first-served basis, to eligible NICA high school student-athletes.
